About Me

Who Am I?

I am a healer, a storyteller, and an asker of wondrous questions! I have always been on the look out for new ways to live outside of the norms of modern culture. My curiosity has paved a life of adventures: travelling around the world, experimenting, and discovering rites of passage into adulthood from Possibility Management.

I am in love with the alchemical process of transformation and how the heavy stuff of life can be transmuted into space for fresh, juicy new possibilities to emerge.

I think all humans are creative geniuses at their core, and by tuning into the resources of our own feelings we can create the world we want to live in. I’m unendingly fascinated by what makes relationships tick, and I care that people are empowered with tools for clear and responsible communication so that regenerative communities and projects can thrive, and lasting love can be nurtured.

Who I am is always evolving, and I embrace the new “me” that each day brings.

Coming Home to the Feminine

As a young girl I rejected my femininity and with that, I began a war with myself. I saw my menstruation as an agonising mess, dreaded the terror of PMS, and hated the rollercoaster of emotions I experienced. No matter how much of a “tomboy” I was, I couldn’t escape the sexualisation of my body by the culture I grew up in, and relied on my intellect to be taken seriously. Not only did I cut off my feminine parts. I also cut off my innate connection to the Earth, and to all living things.

I left school riddled with anxiety and depression, and after many ups and downs found solace in a local community garden where I started getting my hands in the dirt. Learning to grow organic vegetables catalysed a journey of discovering my wild feminine; practicing menstrual cycle awareness, living with the seasons and the moon cycle, writing poetry, joining a Women’s Anger Club, and becoming an editor on the Radically Alive Women podcast. One step at a time I am finding my way back to my natural self. My journey has been one of homecoming. Landing in my physical experience. Remembering the language of my heart. Turning towards other woman. Embracing my imperfections. Loving my sensitivity. Slowing down. Standing tall in who I am. Taking responsibility for my life. Taking my authority back from patriarchy. Creating the magical life I know is possible. And having fun!
